Purchasing Policy – aum alchemy (UK & Europe)
We’re so glad you’re here. At aum alchemy, every product is made with intention, care, and a commitment to conscious living. Here’s everything you need to know before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking info once your order has been dispatched.
We don’t currently ship on weekends or UK public holidays.
UK Orders
We ship from the UK.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days.
Free shipping is offered on all UK orders over £24. Orders under £24 are charged a flat rate of £3.95.
European Orders
Delivery time ranges from 2–10 working days depending on the destination (see our Shipping Policy for details).
Shipping costs are calculated based on order value and country, with free shipping available on larger orders.
Important: Customers in the EU may be charged import duties, VAT, or customs handling fees upon delivery. These are determined by your local authorities and are your responsibility as the buyer.
Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as secure checkout methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal (if enabled).
Prices are listed in GBP (£) and EUR (€), depending on your location. Currency is automatically converted at checkout.
Order Amendments & Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aumalchemy.co.uk.
While we’ll always do our best to help, we can’t guarantee changes can be made after the order has been processed or shipped.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
