Order Process

Each step of checkout allows you to review and amend your order. Please check carefully before submitting.

When you place your order, we will acknowledge it by email. This acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.

Your order is only accepted when we email you an Order Confirmation. At this point a legally binding contract is formed, and we will dispatch your goods.

You must tell us immediately if any information in the Order Confirmation is incorrect. We are not responsible for inaccuracies provided by you.

By placing an order, you agree that the Order Confirmation email constitutes written confirmation of the contract.

Where Your Order May Not Be Accepted

We may be unable to accept an order for reasons including:

  • The goods are unavailable

  • We cannot authorise payment

  • You are not permitted to buy the goods

  • We are not permitted to sell the goods

  • You have ordered more goods than permitted

  • There is an error in pricing or product description

  • You live outside our delivery area

If this happens, we will notify you promptly.

Price and Payment

The price of products and any delivery charges are shown on the website at the time of your order, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment is taken immediately at checkout by the payment method you provide.

Returns Policy

You may return products within 5 days of delivery, provided they arrive back with us within the 14-day legal returns window. Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused.

To initiate a return, contact our Team.

You are responsible for return postage costs. Please keep proof of postage. If we do not receive the goods, or they arrive past a reasonable timeframe, we cannot issue a refund.

Delays Outside Our Control

If our supply of products is delayed by events outside our control, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to minimise delay. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

If the delay is substantial, you may end the contract and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received (minus reasonable costs already incurred).

You may have the right to change your mind within 14 days of delivery and receive a refund, including delivery costs.

However, you cannot change your mind for:

  • Perishable food items

  • Goods sealed for hygiene purposes once opened

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

We may suspend supply to:

  • Address technical issues

  • Update the product

  • Comply with legal requirements

If suspension lasts more than one month, you will not be charged for that period.
