Return Policy – aum alchemy (UK)

We want you to love your experience with aum alchemy. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

• We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless the item is faulty.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email hello@aumalchemy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a response — we appreciate your patience.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

• If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email us with a photo and a brief description if there's an issue with your order.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
